We offer straight forward delegate packages and aim to make your event organisation seamless from start to finish.

For events with 20 delegates and under, room hire & beverages rates are available, please enquire for more information. We offer both Half day & Full day DDR packages for guests 20 & above

Day Delegate Packages

Hire of main meeting room
Full AV Package including data projector, screen, laptop, DVD & CD player & microphones.
Set up and instruction of AV Equipment

A full day is classed as 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, whilst a half day covers either a morning session running from 8.30am-1.00pm OR an afternoon session running 1.00pm – 5.30pm. If you require access outside of this time, please arrange with the Events Co-ordinator at the time of booking. We will always strive to meet your requirements.
